What baggage can I bring?
Every fare includes a small cabin bag that fits under the seat. Standard and Flex also include one 23 kg checked bag.
Can I change or cancel my ticket?
Light fares cannot be changed. Standard allows date changes for a fee. Flex allows free date changes and refunds. Message us and we handle the request with the airline.
What documents do I need?
Bring a valid passport or ID card. The name on your ticket must match your document exactly. Rules depend on your nationality, so ask us if you are not sure.
How do I get my ticket?
You receive your e-ticket by email as soon as payment is confirmed. Keep it on your phone or print it.
