These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the Sky Global Travels & Tours website or ask us to arrange travel services. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We are a Rome-based travel agency. We arrange flights, hotels, tour packages, Umrah packages and special fares to Pakistan. In most cases, the travel itself is provided by third parties such as airlines, hotels and local service providers, and their own terms also apply to your booking. We will share the important conditions with you before you confirm.

A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you and, where required, payment is received. Sending a request or asking for a price does not create a booking. Please check every detail we send you and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

Prices are confirmed by our team at the time of booking and may change until then, because airlines and other suppliers set their own prices. Our team will explain the available payment options and any taxes or fees before you pay. Please keep proof of your payments.

Whether you can change or cancel, and what it costs, depends on the airline, hotel, fare or package terms. Some bookings cannot be refunded. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Supplier fees and our service costs may apply.

Airlines and other suppliers may change schedules, routes or services, or cancel them. If this happens we will help you understand your options and pass on information as soon as we receive it. Rights such as compensation, rerouting or refunds under applicable law, including EU passenger rights for eligible flights, are usually handled with the airline or supplier.

• You must hold a valid passport and any visas or permits needed for your trip.
• You are responsible for checking entry, transit, health and customs requirements for every country you visit.
• We can guide you, but we cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted or that you will be allowed to enter or board.

• Give us accurate and complete information, including names exactly as on the passport.
• Check your tickets, vouchers and travel dates as soon as you receive them.
• Arrive at airports, hotels and meeting points on time and follow supplier rules.
• Behave respectfully towards staff and other travellers.

We take care in arranging your booking and in providing information. We are not responsible for the acts or failures of airlines, hotels or other suppliers, or for events outside our control such as weather, strikes or government action, except where the law makes us responsible. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

The text, images, logos and design of this website belong to Sky Global Travels & Tours or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission. Prices, offers and travel information on the site are provided in good faith and can change without notice.

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy and Booking Policy. Please read it to see what we collect, why, and what rights you have.

If something goes wrong, please tell us as soon as you can, ideally during your trip, so we can try to fix it. You can contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email and we will do our best to respond quickly and fairly.

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The version that applies to your booking is the one in force when you confirmed it.
